We use genuine Brother GT-3, water-based and eco-friendly pigment inks, which gives the print a soft, comfortable feel. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colourfast AATCC rating of 4 (out of a possible 5).
You may notice an off-white residue and vinegar smell on your Wing Chun Illustrated Apparel. This is from a fixation agent that's used across the entire DTG printing industry. It's a primer that fuses ink to the fibres of the garment. Without it, the ink wouldn't hold well, and the colours would fade very quickly.
The fixation agent can sometimes leave a faint residue and a strong vinegar scent. However, this isn't permanent—the residue and scent go away after just one wash.
The one downside to ordering online is you don’t get to see or feel how your chosen garment looks and fits. And you can only tell so much

Our store processes payments through Shopify, which adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This means that Shopify encrypts your payment information with the highest level of encryption key length commercially available(128 bits).
We work diligently to keep our customer’s payment information safe by using Stripe and PayPal as our payment processors. These processors keep all of your credit card and bank details encrypted from us and anyone else. All we use is the billing address and your shipping information.
Creating an account is OPTIONAL. However, in doing so, you can move through the checkout process quicker, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account.
Most orders take 3-5 days to be fulfilled and shipped.
All US Overnight and International Express orders are automatically bumped to the front of our fulfilment queue to assure best fulfilment time.
To reduce shipping costs and delivery timers, we strive to fulfil European/International orders from our European warehouse. If an item(s) isn't in stock in our European location, the order will be fulfilled by our US warehouse.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. However, no worries! We'll cover the costs of a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good if you contacted your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but you report you are yet to receive it—we would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to your address.
Usually, it is found that the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location at your address. Reach out to the courier and inquire if the delivery person left any additional details—e.g. “left under a table on the back porch.”
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Any customs fees are not included in your shipping charges.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Wing Chun Illustrated Apparel purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed and in its original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs unless you are making a return on goods that have arrived faulty, damaged or in error on our part. When returning an item, please consider using a service which includes tracking as lost returns cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Each promotional code has specific rules regarding its use, such as the validity period, the minimum amount of the order, or the type of products purchased and the fact that it cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
If the system does not recognise the code you inserted, ensure the order fulfills the validity of the promotion.
